This status is by default since AOR.
Try and not stress out as there's nothing you can do. Even when you contact them the only response you will get is that your file is in process and is withing the 12 month period. You will be lucky if you at all get a response to them before the 12 month period is over.
I dont think so bcz my friend is jan 2019 applicant and her status is that We will process your background..
Such things made me confuse...
Every application is different and you can't/shouldn't compare. Mine say it is in process since day one and that is mostly the case.
People here can only tell you as per their experience and wish you luck, if anything that comes to you before 12 month period should be considered a blessing. Now whether you confuse yourself and stress out or stay patient is your call.
Yes you are right the statement changes! But don’t rely on it too much as it stays like that for a long time. Does it really mean they are processing your bgc no one knows for sure and it does confuse. However bgc has to do with admissibility to Canada which is processed shortly after eligibility is done. Again you never know how your case is processed because every case is handled differently. All the best!

we got the request for additional documents and 30th June is the last date for submission. We have hired lawyer, emailed him all detail info on 15th June and today he said he will email Lvo... after several fone calls n email etc and later today got email for more money for his effort and hard work etc nonsense as if we have done each n every working but he knows our situation.
Till now dont knw if he emailed or not.
My question is if any1 can tell if we can submit or email directly to lvo? N how and will lvo raise question why did not our representative sent etc?

I am in the same boat...my application was receive Dec 11 2018...and no update since March! my husband is waiting in Pakistan...anyone know if islamabad is still processing visas? or do they automatically get transferred to London Visa office? anyone know why they haven't done any updates since march? this is sooo frustrating
