Hi guys, need a bit of an advice regarding my situation. I have been admitted for the Fall 2019 intake at Seneca.

I had my medical exam 2 weeks ago at IOM and a scar was seen on my right lung, and as per protocol daw sabi nung doctor, kelangan nila i-tick yung "Evidence of TB" dun sa form na isusubmit sa embassy. I was told that the scar is probably from a previous respiratory infection (that I wasn't aware of) that healed on its own. Nagpacollect na rin ako ng sputum para pag hiningi ng embassy, meron na. The sputum culture test takes 9 weeks (~July 24).

I am currently employed and I only plan to submit my resignation when I am sure that my visa application is approved. I am applying via SDS and given the timeline, would you recommend me to defer my admission instead? And is there any deadline to notify the college that you're deferring your admission to the program?
Yes, meron silang deadline. I think you should inform them 10 days after the semester starts but I suggest to inform them earlier than that or else you won't be able to refund the tuition fee. Here's the link for your reference :)

Hello po Ma'am. Makikiupdate lang po sana sa second application nyo? Ano na po ang status nyo ngayon and in-indicate nyo po ba sa form or SOP nyo na na-refused kayo in your 1st application? Thank you po! :)

Hi po, was refused again the 2nd time, SDS route. Reason was VO was not convinced that I will return to PH after studying. Yes, I declared the first refusal. They will know din naman :) Good luck on your application

Hello!

Has anyone applied for Visa - SDS this June? Or perhaps got approval this month?
Do share your experience please, last June 19, my visa consultant updated me that I passed my medical exam.
What should I expect now?

Anyone familiar about the CAIPS NOTES issued after visa refusal? I was advised to file one for CAD 2500 but i think this is too much just to determine the real reason for denial.
I just got my refusal letter today, :(:(:(

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

My initial thought is the lack of justification in my Study plan, could there be other reasons for the purpose of visit?
