Is anyone aware about their target of 2019? i.e. How many candidates are they targeting to invite in this year?
With that, some assumptions can be made for upcoming draws.
As per my knowledge, Saskatchewan do not declare their targets. They are also not declaring how many candidates are there in the pool.
Isn't there any way to find out this?

This is a good question. Even I am not sure about the reason. One possibility is, there are more candidates in OID.
Experts comments, please!
Could be the reason. But in that case it is injustice to EE candidates, who have already worked upon ECA and other conditions to enter the EE pool :).
Just a personal view.

The last draw cutoff dropped to 68 but they excluded our NOC from the draw, I guess there is a lot of applicants with NOC 2174, so the chances of getting ITA with scores such as 65 is not that great, at least in the next 2-3 draws.

Yes, your view is logical. definitely, there should be a large number of applicants with NOC 2174.
If SINP does a draw just for NOC 2174 then chances to get ITA with score 65 will be high else we may have to wait. Let's hope NOC remains open for a long time.

A big question, why NOC2174 was excluded on current 21 June draw?

They are doing NOC specific draw once the score reaches below 70. Clear strategy to filter some NOC and allow only selected one for going below 70. 2174 looks difficult now for SINP.

Can you please elaborate your view?

For the majority of the candidates, the score will be below 70 as the 70+ score can be only for those who have Saskatchewan connection (Study/work/relative)

If we see the history of the draw, I can't find that whenever cutoff is below 70, its NOC specific draw. - It's not.

I think it is not that difficult, if the NOC stays in the list for more 5-6 months the cutoff should drop to around 65.
As TheOnlyParth says, not all candidates have connections to the province.

Hi

I got an invitation to apply on my old EE profile on SINP however my profile became ineligible and I forgot to update my profile after creating a new one. Will this affect my application? Has this happened to any one? How did you handle it? Please some one should assist

Why did it become ineligible? If it just expired and you have a new EE profile (with the same NOC) then it's totally OK, you should contact SINP with the new profile details (EE number and job seeking code).

I tried to change my NOC for Alberta as I have a brother there since they were inviting people, that’s when it says I was ineligible. I created a new profile immediately and maintained the SINP NOC!! I got an invitation on Friday but trying not to be worried
