Anyone received CIC email to remind to submit the applicairon. I sent the files early May, does it mean they did not receive it?

Current wait time is around 10 weeksI don't know what is going on but I didn't receive yet any confirmation , AOR or email. It has been more than a month that I applied.
Just called CIC. I used UPS to send my application, which showed as delivered on May 9th, while the representative said they received my document in office on May 15th. She also told me that my application was not opened by officers yet, so I cannot see the information in ECAS. At the same time, she could provide the temporary application.
