SPOUSE SPONSORSHIP FORMS UPDATED JUNE 2019

Hello All,
I am a Canadian PR sponsoring my husband who lives in India.
I just noticed that they have updated a few forms.
In the additional family information form (IMM 5406) Section A they now have a new field called "parent". Not sure what they are asking for.

From what I read here on the forum, that section is for non biological parents. If it doesn’t apply to you, write N/A

and also the section for brothers and sister, the field is not enough, section C only have 3 fields for brothers and sisters, what to do i have 4 siblings, thank you

Use an additional blank page. On the top mention the Sponsor’s & Principal Applicant’s name and date of births. Copy the exact layout of the question on this page (Including table format, question number, question name, form name and number) and then add the 4th sibling details. Attach this paper to that form as part of it.
