Reusing paid fee to resubmit application form?

Hey all!

So my PR application form was rejected due to missing Birth Certificates (which weren't included because we were told we wouldn't need them if we included the passport copies). We have everything together again, but I'm confused on whether or not we should wait for the fees to be refunded or if we can resubmit using the same fees paid recipt?

Your application was returned due to being incomplete because of a missing document which means they did not process and did not use the money you paid as processing fees. You can use the same receipt again. If they had started processing and then rejected your application you would only be entitled to a partial refund. (Not applicable in your case though)
