The stress of unemployment coupled with an extremely high cost of living along with a bleak and cold weather means people quickly go into depression if they can't land jobs soon.
For people who are moving from usa and have dollars saved up they will be ok. But immigrants from south asia will be in for a shock.
Moving somewhere is a big decision, especially moving to another country. Everything is foreign, from environment, weather, food, lack of familiarity with the surroundings. No one said it’s going to be easy, even with a permanent residence on hand. What we can do is prepare a good mindset, that we’re going to make it no matter what. Take on whatever jobs we can find and be grateful while setting personal goals and sticking to the plan.
