hello all,
I applied for USA PCC through FBI.I sent them my fingerprints card which has reached them on Friday (checked thru usps tracking).
But on FBI website it is still showing data insufficient as they have not received fingerprint card.Is this normal with every case? Or should I call them and ask?

Yup, it never changes to fingerprint received. You just get the certificate in your email and then it goes from insufficient data to completed

How long does it take to get the US Police clearance from the FBI these days(2019)? I remember a few yers ago it took 3-6 months!!

My finger prints reached the west virginia office at 8 am (based on fed ex's delivery tracker) and i received my online PCC a little after 9 am via email. They're pretty good if you apply online.

Paper applications take a lot longer.

Are you an American citizen? I wonder if these timelines hold true for non-citizens as well...

is the letter on the email sufficient? or do I need to wait for the physical copy?
