I submitted the application to CPC Mississauga, but my case has been transferred to Etobicoke Office five months ago. If I want to mail the IMM5476 form to cancel the representative, which ircc office do I mail to? ,thanks a lot.

thank you for your replying. I know someone sent it via web form, but they couldn't get any responses from ircc for a long time. If ircc doesn't respond me within reasonable days,(like 5 business days as they said in web) ,can i send them the paper form IMM5476 by mail?
