Take a colored photocopy of your degree or a provisional degree. The copy does not need to be attested. I had sent a colored copy without any attestation or self-attestation and was accepted. The degree copy can be sent by you, either by private courier or India Post, the choice is yours.
Transcripts need to be issued by the universities registrar or controller of examinations and attested by them, they need to placed in a sealed and stamped envelope and need to be sent by the university directly to WES.
