Now that I am planing to finally apply for a study permit this month, little unsure of the documents I have collected. Please let me know if there is anything missing. I am changing my course completely and pursuing my dream.

2007 - 10th passed documents.
2009 - 12th passed documents.
2011 2014 - BBM dropped out documents.
2014 - 2017 work documents.
2014 - 2017 - BA passed documents (working and completing graduation at the same time)
2017-2019 - Internship in two different resturant as a trainee chef. (Documents)
Letter of Acceptance from the college.
First Installment payment fee receipt.
GIC documents
Police Verification Certificate
Medical Examination.
My 6 months bank statement.
Some necessary affidavits.
Visa application form duly filled.
Photographs and Passport-photocopy.
Father's asset documents.
Form 16 of the sponsor alongwith the bank statement (parents).
Statement of Purpose (SOP)
IELTS score card - overall 6.5 with S-7, W-6.5, L-6, R-5.5

With the study gap and change of course completely, I do not feel my application stand strong however, I am with a hope that the visa commissioner will consider my circumstances.
Also, let me know what are the documents which needs to be notarized. I seek advice/suggestions from the learned people of what you think overall of my application. Thank you!

Your Ielts is going to be a problem because there is a high probability of getting a rejection because every college and uni now requires at least 6 in each module even though you get into a college the IRCC might reject you because of that . Try to Re-take the exam and get 6+ in each modules and 6.5+ overall.

I am applying in a general category and as far as I am informed, in a general category 6 overall with 5.5 is an acceptable. I could be wrong though. The course I am taking is culinary art and the university that I applied for, ask for a 5.5 overall IELTS score.

Do you have a letter of interest stating why you are coming to canada for school.
