I just have a quick question. I submitted my application for spousal sponsorship a few months ago and haven't been able to link my application to my online account for some reason. Is it necessary for me to do this? Or can I just use email as the primary communication tool? Thanks in advance

It is not necessary. You just wont be able to get detailed application status in real-time
