Additional document question

Hi all, I had to upload a second police check which I did a month ago. My account still just says "additional document uploaded".
I received sponsorship approval in late March and got the biometrics and medical passed in mid April. The request for additional documents was April 4th.
Should I contact cic or be more patient? Thank you for any response!

CIC will only confirm they received your additional documents and ask you to wait and tell you if they need anything else they will contact you. So be patient.
