After applying for the Spouse Dependant PR on April 18 2019, We have received the status of the

1.Sponsorship Application -Decision Made
2.Permanent Resident Application -In Process

Does anyone have an idea on such a scenario,please do share your valuable thoughts

It means a decision has been made on whether or not the sponsor is eligible.

The decision is mostly positive. Sponsor will receive email of Sponsor Approval if positive.
