I have worked in a company for 4 years as Administrator. But now that company is closed. Can someone advise how I can claim that experience?

You need documents that show that you worked there first. Do you have a relieving letter when you left the company? That should state your working dates, job title and salary.
Then you need something to show your duties. Look for your contract, or job offer...something. Or maybe a letter from your previous manager, and of course proof that he was indeed your manager.

Thank you for the reply. I do have the Experience Certificate. But if I am submitting it, how would the Visa office validate that? The office is closed for operation now and the phone number mentioned in the Letter head is no longer valid.

Describe that in letter of explanation so that they know in advance.
They usually only go through extra screening steps if they have doubts about the authenticity of the documents, or random selection.
You should be fine provided all your work documents are accurate.
