Yesterday we got DM on sponsor side. PA side is still on background check and eligibility check.

Just an Update; October 30th applicant, got the Landing letter today to appear for interview @ Ottawa IRCC on June 4th, rescheduled the interview to June 15th, Saturday ( As currently out of town) . Which is really odd that IRCC works on Saturday.

Did you receive any sponsor approval at all?

Still no ghost update, no changes, stuck in the BGC processing till date.
Submitted the police character report on the 15 April, confirmed received and yet nothing since then, after AIP, SA-DM, and checking your eligibility whether you meet the requirement started 18 April.

I am tired of waiting.

If the principle applicant got AIP, has no previous criminal record and all the information and documents you guys submitted are true and accurate then yes you can rest assured

There's couple of us same situation, so you are not alone, they are still doing background check, once that is done and everything looks good then we will get DM hopefully soon

I havent got aip. The only thing we got is dm for sponsor. Do you know how much longer we have to wait?

Are they reviewing whether the PA meets the eligibility requirements? Did they start with the background check?
Unfortunately, I don't know how much longer and no one can know, it all depends on how long the background check is going to take; every person is different

Yes - they are on my background check for 4 months now. And my eligibility has just started on the same day we got dm for sponsor.
