sorry, very painful to hear,please share your full visa journey after admission offer letter so that we can compare what is happening at ircc,
as i understand if a student has been given unconditional admission,gic paid,one year tuition paid,no medical issues,proof of fund for further living expenses and fee available,visa officer should not deny visa keeping ielts at least 6 but i dont know why they are harassing us

Understood, but I think it is a bit reckless to say they are harassing us. They must have valid and justifiable reasons for refusal since it is legally challenge-able. I just hope that they do hasten their processing, its becoming unreasonable at the least.

So if the medical passes before bio metrics does that mean approval? They are not satisfied that i would leave Canada after my studies and limited employment opportunities in the country of residence. Can i reapply?

please re apply with very proper addressing of reason with all documents and strong sop with help of good consultant or visa experts,then also only god should help.

yes i agree,only background check is very much necessary keeping in mind today's Senior o,otherwise when we fulfill every thing they should not make us frustrated.after getting loa,i have left job also.i have ielts 7 bands with gmat score of 580/800 and now whole day thinking of visa approval only.any way please share so that we can console each other and others also

Hey,
I believe that each application is treated independently and is most likely assigned to a different visa officer. Hence, I think that your new application will require to go through each phase/check again. The text that says that you do not require a medical and biometrics are usually generic for a new (first time) application, until they actually start reviewing your application. Maybe they will cross reference your previous application due to the recency of it but that's just speculation Each visa officer will need to do their job in its entirety to avoid mistakes.
Nevertheless, I wish you the best for a swift approval.

I don’t know what you took out of my post by that! What I meant was, I haven’t seen the word guarantee on CIC’s website. There is no place on CIC’s website where they have guaranteed to process files in 45 days!

People post all sorts of things on forums. If you need clarification, ask OR follow what’s there on cic.gc.ca!

And processing times are just estimates. Some files are complex over others and need more time to be processed.
Moreover, you are worrying too early. You are file is way under processing time!

Applied on 29thmarch
And today is 2nd june

Almost 35 days online sds file

Does it take this much time?

If yes should i webform or contact via call?
Which is more efficient ?

Should we do or should wait more ?

Yes lets hope this week for real, you have good news on the way. No update on my application at yet not even to say biometric passed but for some reason I think I will get a response by this week to next we. Hope its an approval

I have applied again on May 31st(within few hours after refusal) this time online with same documents and made some changes in SOP i believe i meet all requirements. Waiting for a miracle now "Hope"

I applied for Hospitality Management at Seneca for Sep intake 2019, got the offer letter in 3 weeks paid the fees and Gic, No medical Issues, All financial documents of me and my father, showed my work contract and pay slips from the last one year, My travel history, A strong SOP which i thought would be good enough. this time i am just waiting for a miracle #ononhope.
