2018 post by someone "Sent PGP2018 app via Reg. mail to CPC-MPGP,Ottawa & Signatory on Tracking shows SCI SCHUITEBOER. Is this correct name/office of IRCC?"

IRCC replied "SCI SCHUITEBOER is a company that works to scan and sort applications for our processing centres. When this shows up within your tracking information, the parcel is being received by CPC-M. Thank you!"

My application was received and signed by S SCHUITEBOER. Not sure if this one is a name given to a different centre.

On IMM5768 last section, it asks your last 3 taxation year gross income. the first line is "- Present". Does it mean to Dec 31, 2018???

No it means from Jan 1st 2019 to present if you are adding income per year

No.

The first line is from 1 Jan 2019 to present. So whatever you have earned in 2019 till the time you filled the form.

@darkproc you are right about the last question to link the application.

1.Received by CIC on April 29th.
2. Ecas updated today, the status is "application received on April 29th".
3. Today linked the application to my account on canada.ca and got the application number and the status is " We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

The trick is the last question that how many family members on the application. In my case: me , spouse ,one kid, father and mother. When I filled 2 or 5 then get nothing. I filled 3 to link the application finally.

Someone from other group called CIC for this and they said that number on the bottom doesn't matter. You can just use that sign page with newly validated application.

Is your application already sent in? If it is just wait. If they want you to use new forms they will send it back to you.

Nothing else you can do really. Worrying will do nothing to help.

Hi,
Can somebody tell me if the form IMM1344 (11-2018) (in the bottom of the page) and IMM0008(02-2019) are OK?
Just went on the site and the new forms have 06-2019 in the bottom.
The forms were signed by my mother back in March 2019 (knowing that I got a positive answer to my interest form) and now I am just wandering if the forms signed at that moment are still accurate.
If somebody has copies, please verify what month/year do you have on the bottom of these 2 applications.

Not true. If the application has been submitted you can send a web form.

Same happend to me, application received in Ottawa on April 29. Today my ECAS updated and shows application received.

But still, do you think my application could be returned because of using IMM1344 (11-2018 form), as this one was availbale in March (and signed by my mother).
Could somebody please confirm you sent IMM1344 (11-2018) and IMM 0008 (02-2019) (version that shows on bottom left of each page of the form)
