At What Time Do You Receive e-mail Updates?

I was wondering if the time of receiving emails was the same, this way I would know to just check once a day.

I got my AOR1 email at 8am sharp (only email I received).

What times have you received e-mails? Were they all at the same time?

Also what about updates online? have you ever checked in the morning and nothing, but checked later in the day and saw an update?

Updates come all over the place. There is no consistency.
