My bad, i thought LOE to be " letter of experience" (work related) instead of Letter of Explanation. Sorry i didn't submit any LOE.

I have applied on 1 may 2018, they are processing my background.
Its been nearly 13 months and still in process. I think 6 months time limit is a joke. Not sure how much more time I have to wait. If you ask Web form they pretty much answer same "we are processing ,will let you know once decision has been made".
Its so annoying.

My AOR is may 4th 2018

--called CIC in January they ask to call back if i don't get any response until February
--called back in February,they sent email to visa officer saying i will get update in 1 month
--called in May First week they said visa office did not touch my file since August 2018
--they sent another email to case specialist team,let see whats coming next

Hi man, my application has same AOR date as yours. I am still waiting. IP2. No re-medical nothing at all. Nothing we can do
Hi when do you usually call them. I tried several times around 10 am and every time the call is rejected by the reason of 'high volume .....'My AOR is may 4th 2018

i usually call them around 4pm or you can call them in the morning around 8
but most of the time i have to call them around 8-10 times before i get in the queue
i also went to MPP's office but they got the same response (file in queue to be reviewed by an case officer,they do not have any reason for delay)
Criminality passed,security not started
Medical Expired on May 4th,No Re-medical asked yet
It's same with me....i assume all of our files are with a lady officer, who might have taken maternity leave. Here in Canada Mat leave is 1 year. I could think of no other reason.My AOR is may 4th 2018

have no idea what is going on with our files
Good to know that I am not the only one who is waiting for this long. Hopefully we will get it soon but they do need to understand people who applied do have other plans as well. Waiting for this means delay in your personal plans
lol.. i thought I am the only one with 1 may 2018 AOR did nt get PR. I hv passed only medical so far guys. My eligibility review required coz of one job letter i missed, which even not playing any role in giving me any points. Job letter so far added to my file. No security, criminality and background has been started. I am totally pissed off.

Where are you from?? just wondering as there are people who got there file approved applied from india and singapore
