Is it that everything was okay with the use of a representative form make they didn't respond?

I changed mine sent in a copy of my passport and there was no issue. Information generally wont change as they record what was submitted at the time of application. Its not an issue
Did they respond to you when you sent the email with your new passport?

Not a thing! but again I have provided updated schedule A, Letters regarding their requests for divorce certificates (We have never previously been married to anyone else lol). I expect complete silence until PPR or interview request, should they want one. Our Background has not started either and we are 8.5 months in.
How is your process going

Yes. In time. Have patience. Things dont happen in a day

Hopefully they'll get a fire lit under their butts as the 12 month limit nears.
I am at 9 months.. hopefully June will be a busy month so far nothing since January

Has/ or do you think contacting your local MP will help with anything? Just so we can get a status on our application? They might be able to contact the local Mexico Visa office. Not sure just putting it our there. does it make much sense at this point in the game as we probably have about 2 months left most of us in this thread.

It all depends. I know some that it has helped and others it has not. I will definitely seek assistance if we go over 12 months :)
