Please tell me what chances I have of an invite in this draw with 475 points with (451-600 4,624 people) being in the pool before the draw?

So I'm guessing they invited everyone above or at 470 on this round and there are candidates left below 470 remain in the pool?

Given the current distribution, is it safe to say that there were more 470+ candidates in the pool then 450-470 ones?

With these chances, I'm thinking that I won't be seeing an ITA until the end of June

Yeah, the thing is here in US that they are cancelling the Spouse's work permit soon, by soon I mean they are officially planning to implement it by this summer, lot of them are actually applying just to move up north before that happens.

3,350 invites didn't able to repair the damage done by CIC before. Cut-off will be high in upcoming draws for sure.

During Harper's time, there was no way to get through without 600 points for a job offer. So, it did happen before.

Yes, 470 is brutal but many are now aware of how easy it is to immigrate to Canada so no surprise really that the pool is getting flooded by huge numbers every day..

Nearly 50% of the pool is filled with Indians who have Master's degree and maxed IELTS. Sadly, future seems to be getting more and more tough for those in 430s and 440s
