You can apply within 6 weeks of test date and as I applied yesterday only it will take at least 21 days (IDP) to receive an update from them.

In your case I guess till 6 June you can file an EOR but please double check with your test centre

IDP didn't collected original TRF from me instead they took a copy and EOR form filled with signature and valid ID presented at their office and fee payment.

I have not received any acknowledgement or update from IDP. It's only been four days today and results are expected within 21 days.
