Did anyone face mistake in offer letter issued by college. Actually my date of birth is wrong on my offer letter and i will put my visa application. Is there any risk of visa refusal?

Actually i did 3 mail but college hasn't replied me on any mail.

You have to call them and talk to them over the phone. That action would act faster.
