1) All applications to the federal government are processed in the order on which they arrive to their mailroom. If you send a web form this is the most standard answer you will get

2) It doesn't matter, you can put whatever you want, what matters is what's inside the envelope... I put my address under my mother's name because she is the applicant not me
No they aren’t processed based on when they arrive in the mail room. Other than processing the first 20000 based on EOI there is no order.

Read the guide -- it instructs to enter "Not Applicable" where the data point is...not applicable. I'd also include a cover (explanation) letter to reinforce it.
THIS ONE WAS MY FIRST QUESTION :
Schedule A IMM 5669
PLEASE HELP FRIENDS
QUESTION 5 EDUCATION HISTORY
my mom doesn't have any education and form is not validating without filling information please let me know thanks
WHAT SHOULD I PUT UNDER DATES?

I have few doubts here...

Document checklist indicates that form IMM0008DEP Additional dependants/Declaration must be included/checked, but in application guide this is what is saying:

If you have more than five (5) dependants:

To include everyone in your application you must complete the following form for each additional family member:
Additional Dependants/Declaration Form IMM0008DEP

We are sponsoring only her parents, she has a brother(over 18) but he is not coming here. So that is less than 5 dependants. Do we still have to fill that form regardless and include in application or it won't be necessary?

Also, regarding Financial Evalution form. It was clarified to me before, but there is 2018 where my gf was Sick leave for 3 months, then 9 months of maternity then 3 months in 2019 she was on maternity.
That period in 2018 she was under 2 different things, sick leave and maternity, but we received only one T4E for both, so how should we write/calculate income for those period separately?
Will there be a problem if I just put that period as one, for example:

2018-01-01 to 2018-12-31---------Employment Insurance---------XX XXX$ , they should be able to see that she was on sick leave/maternity, right?
Yes your brother needs to be included even if he is nonaccompanying.

For the same question, what phone number do I provide for past 3 years of employment history? My supervisor's or my company's help desk? I cant add extension for my supervisor's number in that block? Should I provide his cell number instead?
Supervisor or HR department.

Hello everyone, I have a very old Birth Certificate Record from India, which is handwritten but it only mentions names of my parents. My name is not mentioned on that certificate (because at the time of birth children do not have names). Maybe now the process is different. But what should I do? I have already got an Affidavit of Parentage signed by my parents in the presence of a Commissioner for Oaths in Canada along with other supporting documents such as my passport, school passing certificates which state my parents name.

Should I be also sending them a copy of my birth certificate which only states my parents name?

Ya, no other dependents for me and for my parents.

I understand as per the link you have provided, but how come this justifies last three years family size? I mean, I am sponsoring my parents in 2019 and makes sense that going forward my family size is 3 and that's because I am taking an undertaking here.

But for past 3 years, my parents were supporting themselves financially.
You need to show that you have been able to afford to support your parents for 3 years versus just one. If you met the financial requirements for 3 years your income will likely continue to remain at that level. You have to include your parents for all the years but your wife and child may not be included based on when you were married and when the child was born.

I talked to an ircc agent earlier this morning. I did not provide my UCI in the application package but she still asked for it and she could not locate the application using my UCI. And initially she refused to use my mom's UCI although I filled out a Use of Rep form. i insisted but she said she could not find anything using my Mom's UCI either. My application was delivered on April 30th. She was not sure why some people got their ECAS updated already while their applications were received weeks later than mine. She said as long as my application was delivered i should not worry.

Any thoughts?
Exactly. The is no need to call IRCC if you tracked your package and it arrived. If you haven’t heard for 6 weeks then people should call.

how can a person at 19k spot override the one sitting at 2 nd spot. visas and processing will be done according to EOI timeline . They will only be processing 20k complete applications and it doesnot matter if you are in 22k spot and u have sent your application early than others uou have no right to be processed just beacuse u got in early. first 20k applicants will hold the first spot
No order in processing. First 20000 are processed in random order.

I just called IRCC and they confirmed they have received my application. They said I do not see any status (ecas) etc because they have not yet validated whether my application is COMPLETE. So all those who see ecas are safe in terms of completeness of application and the rest of us with "temporary" file numbers are still under validation it seems which is bit worrying
There is nothing to worry about and no need to call it takes time to process 26000+ applications that arrived in their mailroom. People be patient. No need to call IRCC if you have tracked your package.

Hey guys here's an email I got from my mp office today

As promised, I have followed up with IRCC regarding your application to sponsor your parents. Here is the response I have received:

“The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), Ontario, on May 14, 2019. Processing times vary depending on the submission date and may change during the processing of the application. Please note the application number is XF005237.....

Based on the information above, I will follow up in 3 months and will provide you with an update at that time.

Kind regards,

(On a side note - I haven't even ask them to follow up on anything after sending the file but anyways it helps )
