Oh god, this seems really long and literally couple weeks away from 12 months. I had another friend who is from middle east and their application was approved just few days before 12 months. It was London VO.
This is scary if SGVO is taking around one year as well. Lets hope for the best, what else we can do. I think they say to contact them if it is not done within 12 months. Not sure if they responds query that was sent before the timeline.

Should I ask for GCMS notes?? That also gonna take at least a month to get a response....

My that friend requested for GCMS notes, took close to 2 months for him and he said it was very hard to interpret and was not helpful. But I guess does not hurt to try since it does not cost that much and who knows if it has some useful information in regards to your application/situation. Keep us posted regarding to your timeline.

The medical was received on December 24th, 2018. After that no email or communication. I am bit worried

Don't worry sometimes the online account is not updated, either call CIC for update or get the notes to get the accurate idea about the application

My GCkey is exactly the same as colorblind4000. Application received July 23. My wife's (PA) medical was passed mid-January. I called CIC 12 days ago and all he would say was my application is in SGVO and that if my application has passed the estimated completion date then I can ask via webform. I ordered GCMS notes.
My BGC status still reads in progress, am I still at IP1?...still on R10 and criminality at CIO ? Yet CIC says its in SGVO. This is what I read online forums..not too sure.

Ok, so wait for the notes, according to the eligibility might be on going.Once you receive your notes check for A11.2 and any comments by stating "Officer Review".
3-4 page will tell you the stage like status of Med/Eligibility/Criminality / Security

Hi,
I got a reply email from SGVO.
They wrote that my application is queued for an interview (where in my GcKEY status: I don't need any interview). They will schedule the interview date based on the application received date. once the interview date is scheduled then they will let us know before 4 weeks of that interview. NOW THE FUNNY PART IS I HAVE ONLY 21 DAYS LEFT TO REACH THE 12 MONTH LIMIT.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....
I am speechless.
They have also mentioned, due to 1) Large volume of application 2) Annual quota and 3) Lack of resource(man power) the normal application processing time will increase in SGVO.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA...
This endless journey of waiting gonna start it's next episodes very soon!!!
I am totally frustrated....

Oh wow. Thats not good. What stream is your application ? There is a member here whos application was September and had ppr 7 months later- not sure what stream- I think family sponsor. Good luck to you.
