Hello Friends,
I have got a question. Do we need to Fill IMM 0008DEP (ADDITIONAL DEPENDENT DECLARATION FROM).?

My mother is Principal applicant.
My father is dependent.
I have filled up GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA (IMM 0008)

Please
Thanks
no

My folks are both retired since 2012 but have travelled alot in the last 10 years
I have filled the personal activity history with retired ( in one block ) ans then all the travels in the others and the few years of employment , however it looks like i have to fill in the time between travel with "retired" as well ? When i try to validate - it gives a pop up error " leave no gaps " or something .

Is it possible to do the travel history on an attachment sheet ? Seems so much less cumbersome .But i am thinking the answer is no !?

Hi Seniors.

Do all my sibling who are 30 years and above need to fill the form ScheduleA - Background Declaration IMM 5669.
I am sponsoring my mother only. My other siblings live in Australia and UK?

Who else needs to fill Schedule A- Background Declaration IMM 5669.?

Thank you for the help

Hello guys

I'm single and just sponsoring my 1 parent.

I don't exactly remember what I have put in the family unit in the Interest to Sponsor form.

Can anyone advise any solution for this?
Much appreciated.

Do not worry about it, just make sure you put the correct family size in the forms. As per you post, your family size is 2 and thats what you will put for year 2016, 2017, & 2018 for financial/ income form.

Hello Guys

For Birth Certificate

I have got mine translated from a certified Canadian translator.
He has stamped the translation document as well as the photocopy.

Do i still need to get the notary certified stamp and certified true copy stamp ?

The translator is telling me that the certified translators don't require notary affidavit.

You don't need an affidavit but I think you still need a certified true copy.

I hear ya! but at the end of the day the instructions are clear, count the parents and previous undertakings!

Now if someone wants to risk it by ignoring the instructions, its their call, i don' like my application done wrong, and that's why i suggest the same to all other applicants!

Perhaps i will be interested in the data which suggests that last year half applicants didn't put correct family size, could you please share it. Thanks!
THIS!!!!! **clap clap**

Schedule A is for PA, spouse and dependents 18 or older. Seems like ur siblings not dependents if they are scattered around the world so no, they do not need to fill out a Schedule A

if u have gaps or not enough data for 10 years the form won't validate. I'd suggest filling it all out on the form :)
my mom worked for the same government branch for over 20 years so i did 2000-2015 "job" and 2015-present "retired". then i did a travel log and submitted it with passport stamps - which is not required but that's the way i found to make things easier to read.

Hi Guys, Thank you in advance.

I am sponsoring my parents - Mom and Dad both. - How many forms do I need to fill? Do I have to make 2 packages for their application or 1 package but 2 forms filled for each applicant? For ex. what about "Application to sponsor IMM1344" - 1 for Dad and 1 for Mom? What about Schedule A form? my mom is a housewife and she is dependent on my Dad. So do I still need to fill all the other forms for my mom?

If anyone can explain a little bit on that would be really helpful. Thank you.

NO I am annoyed with myself! I don't want to prevent others access, that is the last thing I want to do!

Not sure how you got this confused. It was pretty clear that you needed to showCanadian income and Canadian tax returns to financial analysis. When choosing to immigrate you have to consider that your parents can not move to Canada for many years. You should consider a supervisa for extended visits to Canada. That is your best option.

Hello All,
I got a common question about PGP 2019

1) How the PGP applications are processed ?
a) In the sequence they receive the completed applications?
b)) In the sequence they receive Interest to Sponsor forms?
or c) In the sequence they sent out Invitation letters?

2) What should be the sender's address on the envelope; Is it sponsor or the applicant if both are in Canada ?

Please reply and thanks in advance !!!!!

No FIFO. They will process the first 20000 applications based on the EOI.
