You don't need this to know the letter is fake. If it looks too good to be true, it most likely is.

People, Correct me if I am wrong. If the company in Canada needs to show the government that it will pay the foreign worker aprox 80.000 CAD per year, and needs to produce a three year transition plan for that specific position, how it is even possible to have LMIAs faked?

It's not the company faking them. It's scammers who copy an existing document that they have stolen from someone/somewhere and change the details...

This is NOT about getting a worker illegally. It's about scamming a hopeful job seeker for payments to get visas, fake documents, clearances, insurance, fees etc. There is no job. The applicant will probably never even get to Canada. Once they have had all their information and money taken, the job offer will suddenly vanish, along with the scammers.
