IQAS ECA timeline tracking

I am not sure how it works generally. But I sent my wife's docs to IQAS. And she works in the same university now. They received email to confirm if the docs are genuine and not altered. and also to tally all the data..

Frankly speaking I didn't see the email; neither did my wife. She was informed by someone who works in examination branch. That person was aware we are trying for Canadian Immigration. But he didnt know we sent docs to IQAS. And he said email was received from IQAS.

Hi. As per my tracking information, my passport has been dispatched from the Visa Application Office back to the Visa Application Center. I have not received any information whether it was accepted or rejected. Does one normally receive a rejection email or yo just get to know when you go to collect your passport?

My documents reached IQAS on 30th Jan, any idea by when can I expect an AOR

Have you received AOR? our documents also reached IQAS on 30 January and still waiting for AOR.

Docs you need to send:
1.Payment Slip.
2. Copy of Graduation/P.G Degree. (I sent color copy, It's better if you send it through mail as well to avoid any sort of delay)
3. Signed copy of Application Form. (Yes, sign the declaration form, but send all 3 pages of Application form in the mail)
4. Passport copy
5. Education Credentials. (I sent marksheets, you can check https://www.alberta.ca/assets/documents/iqas/eca-required-documents.pdf and see what are the requirements for your country.)

6. Request of Academic Records Form (Not mandatory, almost no one sends this as it has to be signed and stamped by university and send by them along with the education credentials.

Since that's all was mentioned in the email I received from IQAS after making payment. I did not send payment proof/slip, and photocopies of marksheets (transcripts are anyways certified copies of marksheets only).
Did I simply waste the money needed to send the documents from India to Canada?!!!

You've sent everything required. No need to worry. I sent payment proof as it was mentioned in the check list of IQAS. Lets see if anyone else missed sending payment proof and received ECA.

I see your docs were delivered on 24 April. You have a long time to wait.

Meanwhile contact IQAS and check if its compulsory to send the payment proof. And if yes, ask them how you can email them.

I didn’t send proof of payment and I have since received ECA!

The wait is killing mehn. My ECA is the only thing keeping me back. Documents delivered on February 7, hopefully the wait is almost over.

Final Review - 18 April
Final Review/Complete - 17 May (Fluctuation)

I had submitted documents for only 15-month full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IMI, New Delhi. Got following as Canadian Equivalency:

"The Post Graduate Diploma in Management generally compares to the completion of a University Certificate with a focus in management"

I am not sure if I can select the following when creating EE profile:

One-year program at university ,college,trade, or technical school, or other institute.

Can someone advise what would be correct forum to check this query ?
