Has any international student received an offer from UBC for bachelors?

I have applied for both the admission as well as the residence. I am transferring from a university outside of Canada, and trying to continue my bachelors degree in UBC Okanagan. They are giving me a hard time with the transfer of credits and no offer was send whatsoever.

It is very difficult to receive transfer credits from outside Canada unless it is from a university exchange program attached to UBC. For many years you couldn’t easily transfer credits between Canadian schools. I would anticipate having to start all over again.
