Thank you, Yulia. Medical requested on May 10, 2019 (but no PCC - based on the tracker it appears that they used to request medical and PCC at the same time, but starting in April 2019 they seem to prioritize medical. Perhaps too many people failed the medical test?)

I received the medical request on the GC website, but I haven't received any emails or letters. Do they not send any notification once you link your account? Still no idea how to find my local visa office...

Sponsoring my mom & dad. Mom in Canada for supervisa Dad in the Philippines. My mom just had a medical done last December 2018. How do I let the IRCC know that I would like to use my mom's medical last December?

they send notifications by email and attach files in My CIC

Hi Seniors,
I have a difficult situation and if someone can answer or give a solution to me. My father used to live in UAE in 1999. After that he left UAE and never went back there. I applied for PCC from UAE from Dubai police website. Now they are telling me that my father had some pending telephone bill when he left. I did talk to telephone company but they couldn’t find anything. My father doesn’t remember the phone number he had at that time. So telephone company can’t help. I didn’t have his ID number either. Now we are stuck. Last date for sending the PCC is May 25. I don’t think that we will be able to resolve the issue by then. I am ready to pay any pending amount but telephone company can’t take money without any account information. So my question is do I need the police clearance from UAE since It is more than 19 years he left the country.
Any thoughts on how to pay the bill. I don’t have any account information.
 
My parents got their medical done and have recd their PCC from Indian consulate, Vancouver. They are currently in Canada. They were also requested for military service details and foreign travel details. Last thing that was requested was passport size photos.
My question is, their visa office being New Delhi, should we email all of this stuff or snail mail? Also, if emailing, is it okay to email passport size photos too?

Pls update. PPR email received today (May 13, 2019)
I only need to send copies of passport as it mentioned no need to send original passport if it is issued by visa-exempted country, right?

Hello,

I'm new and just trying to get some help. I am trying to upload my moms Police Cert through her GCKey account. When I click upload file it ask me to enter Document name, Document number and other information. Can someone please advise what exactly should I put for the document number?
