Our application was returned on the 9th of May.Reason being

Please note , your application has been rejected for the following reason:

• IMM1344 Application to Sponsor and sponsorship undertaking Form not completed to its entirety(Sponsorship eligibility assessment).

Im failing to understand because we had completed the form before submitting.If anyone has experienced this please help us.I really dont get why it was rejected.

They gave us a chance to resubmit a complete application but this time using updated checklist for 2019.Im so worried because my husband sponsoring me is in Canada and I am in Africa now the new forms require my handwritten signature again.

Yes we already linked it with our online account and it says they started processing the application. Evaluating if Spouse can Sponsor.
Also, You may not hear anything for long time which is just Normal So don’t Worry and we will Contact you If we need any more information from you etc ......

Also it says estimated processing time of 11 months does it mean it’ll take exact 11 months or it differs in different cases?

It very much differs from case to case. Expect 12 months at least. If its sooner, great

12months I think they say

Average is around 6

My 2 friends sponsor same time (same day received filed). One spouse came here after 7 month. The other took 10.

Average is 12 months. Its best to have low expectations so that you dont get disappointed. Each case is unique. Expect 12, if less great

Did you forget anything in that section? Maybe you forgot check mark somewhere? or you forgot to provide more details?

What do you mean by "we had completed the form before submitting" ?

My application was returned yesterday for a missing document (they received it on April 8th, opened it on May 2nd, I received it on May 9th), not for using the old forms or missing physical signature in IMM5669 form. Guess I will have to join the May group after resubmitting the application. I have the updated forms now, hope it makes a better file with all they have asked for Good luck to everyone.

Not a form. I missed my wife's birth certificate, it was an additional requirement since she resides in UK and she holds Indian Citizenship.

Application Received April 10, 2019, No AOR...placed a call to 1-800-242-2100, and the agent said the officers are still working on Oct. 2018 Applications, too soon to be calling he says....
Is this normal...
