You paid for it and under section 7 of the act, they are supposed to release the notes in 30 days, if not you have all the rights to file a complaint.

what i understood from this is ,
your spouse has passed the eligibility to apply you for family class.
but your VO haven't started working on Eligibility/ Criminality/ Security yet. (not sure about due date 05/07/2019)
you have passed your medical but its only valid till 06/29/2019 (most likely its one year from the day you done)

you have passed your medical but its only valid till 06/29/2019 (most likely its one year from the day you done)

On the document it is said it will expire after one year, i do not understand why it is said this on the due date.

What does it mean?

This means your spouse meets the definition of a spouse under Sec 1(3). Your spouse's eligibility is cleared whereas no movement has been observed in your application.
