Spouse extensions for a PGWP holder

Hello..
I’ll apply today online for my PGWP but I’m a little bit confuse about how to apply for my daughter and husband extension.
I already work in a noc B. So I have the employment letter and my 3 last pay stub as a part time.

1- Should I create a new application for my husband or just include his in mine?

2- my daughter has a 12 years and studys in a public school.. in the field that ask for tuition should I answer NA?

3- in the field that ask what my husband is requesting should I answer a new work permit?

Your best bet would be to go to the border and flagpole. Your husband can get his OWP and your daughter can renew her TRV. Those should coincide with the end of your PGWP but if they don’t ask if they can match the end date of your PGWP. This is especially true for your child.
