What if we haven't written our parents UCI number in forms? How do we check their case progress?

You should be able to check if you provided / have an UCI for yourself and your details (as sponsor). If not, then I believe you will have to wait till they provide you with an application number / case number (via email / physical letter) at which point you should be able to link your application on your CIC Account. CIC Account is real-time while ECAS is updated once a day.

Additional details below and also differences b/w the two services

Only when they will send you AOR. AOR does have UCI.

Now a more open question to the ones who have already sent their application (mine arrives tomorrow )

I see some people who has sent their application on the first day, so it's been already 2 weeks that Ottawa has your documents.

Are you already able to see your status on ECAS or not yet?

(Just trying to have a feeling of how long after Ottawa receives my package I should be able to see the status )

Ottawa received my application on May 3rd and no status on ecas yet.

I provided my mom's UCI and did not provide mine. Can I check the status on ECAS? I have been checking using my mom's UCI but nothing yet. Thank you.

Question:

In IMM5768 form question 14, we have to put Gross income/benefits for period, does that mean the total salary for the last 3 years ? or the income per year ?
