My common law partner lives in Ontario and i live in London UK. we would like to live together she is also my ex-wife we have a child together. we have decided to get together over a year ago and i would like to move there and settle down and raise our child. but we don`t to get married. How can i get this done. ???

What is her status in Canada?

When you were married before, where did you live together?
Was your child born in Canada? or abroad? Is your child a Canadian because one parent is either a Canadian by birth or naturalized?
So, my guess you're divorced now, got back together with your ex wife in London and lived/cohabited together for 1 year with your child. The big question now is why are you guys getting back together? Is it genuine? not only for papers....
