But interestingly this is the same status I am having since January 3, 2019. No movement of the file after that. Only 8 days to 180 days. The agent also said no one touched my file at CPC Ottawa. Is'nt it unusual?

And this is just not me, many others are having this situation in their file processing. I came to know one from Oct AOR where the agent said no Red Flag & no sign of Security Screening but no one picked up his file yet.

This is because of the workload, there are cases who have not got there A 11.2 cleared after 6 months.
I can just suggest people to have patience.
How old are these notes? I apologize if I asked this earlier also

Anyways just a quick question , they have asked me to bring my proof of fees paid ( i paid everything upfront) with the application. I cant seem to find any docs online in my account. Any idea which document are they referring to ?

Login to your profile and after that in your PR application. In the message section click on "Confirmation of Online Application Transmission" message. Over there you will see "Your payment receipt number is # AB12346512". Click on the number and walla!

Can receipt number start with any other letter? like O? Just making sure because my agent did the payment on my behalf an forwarded the receipt to me

Your case is similar to mine. I was transferred to Calgary, and after everything was passed it was sent to Montreal. AOR Nov 3. Looks like it took more than a month tor Montreal to make a move... mine was transferred around mid April, sounds like I still have at least few weeks before I hear something.
