The average time over there from finding out you have all stage passed to receiving PPR (or landing interview request) is 2-3 weeks. A few of us have been waiting up to 6 weeks though.
If you are in this situation, next time you call CIC it may be worth asking the agent if there is a "bring forward date" on your file. Not sure if all files have one, but for my file this is the reminder date the officer made to pick it up again (in case they don't get to it sooner). It's possible that if on a previous call, an agent has said something like "don't call again until June 12", that may be close to your bring forward date. i.e. they are saying if that date passes, then you can call again because the officer may need another reminder.

This Ramadan month has given me great blessing...I got the ready for visa email - vo- Ottawa.. AOR Oct 3rd. It was sent on May 6th but IRCC sent it to my current organization immigration email address. While I submitted the pr application, my organization also processed work permit for me. Though I didn't travel with that wp, IRCC had that email address as primary email contact. I asked them to change it when I spoke last time but looks like they didn't.. fortunately the HR person was nice and forwarded the email to me finding my last name and first name..Now everyone in my organization knows my next move

Eligibility is one only, which calculates the complete CRS score and the bases on which you claim that score and the documents attached. A 11.2.
Sometimes an additional review is required. This can be in the case of POF which has any money except Cash, any issue with an Offer letter, or issue with birth certificate etc. This case is referred to as RR. And ADR is also under this RR.
So some people go with the flow or Eligibility -->criminality-->Security-->PPR and some Eligibility -->criminality-->Eligibility again(Because of RR) -->Security-->PPR

I got a ghost update last Thursday May 2 after submitting additional documents on Tuesday April 30.
Today I called CIC and was told my eligibility is passed and security is in progress.
Does security in progress mean I'm on SS?

Everyone goes through the "security in progress" stage. Most people get a fast review, but a very small number need a more lengthy detailed review. Given that your eligibility pass date is very recent, they probably haven't decided yet whether your file needs detailed review. Note that very few files go through the detailed security review, so there is nothing to worry about at this stage.
