Hi friends, I have created a list of all documents for my case which will be required for parent's sponsorship.
In my case for the application I am the sponsor(me), primary applicant(father) and dependent(mother). No spouse or co-signer.

Below list has also the details of number of copies, please correct it, if needed any modification.
  1. Invitation letter -1 copy-
  2. IMM5771 - Document checklist -1 copy-
  3. IMM1344 - Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking -1 copy -Only one form with details of Sponsor(me) and Prinicipal Applicant(father)
  4. IMM5768 - Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship -1 copy
  5. IMM 0008 - Generic Application Form for Canada -1 copy - Only one form with details of Principal Applicant(father) and dependent(mother)
  6. IMM 5669 - Schedule A – Background/Declaration - 2 copies - One each for Principal Applicant(father) and dependent(mother)
  7. IMM5406 - Additional Family Information - 2 copies - One each for Principal Applicant(father) and dependent(mother)
  8. Processing fee -1 copy -
  9. Photocopy of Canadian Residency -1 copy - In my case photocopy of PR card (both sides included)
  10. Proof of principal applicant's relationship to sponsor -1 copy- Birth Certificate of sponsor(me)
  11. Copy of travel document or passport for the principal applicant and each dependent applicant - 2 copies - Passport photocopy of Principal Applicant(father) and dependent(mother)
  12. Proof of principal applicant's relationship to an accompanying dependent spouse -1 copy- In my case marriage affidavit since I do not have marriage certificate of Principal Applicant(father) and dependent(mother)

You don't need signature for a PO Box (the box cannot sign???), if you paid for it, then you just donated that money. By the way, some people here (including me), didn't pay for the signature and we can see a signature confirmation

They do go to a receiving dock where someone signs.

hi IT experts. I download a pdf form and then make many copies out of it for testing, many I delete and then I make a final copy, would quality of final copy same as first one I downloaded. Thanks

I am again bringing to attention a flaw with imm1344, After validation you can not save it, its validation is lost after saving.

a bit awkward question but for the form 1344 - application to sponsor,

while adding the co-signer details, it is asking the date on which my wife became the Permanent resident. She landed 3 months after i landed. i was the Primary applicant.

Do we have to write the dates separately or same date twice ( which in this case will be mine ) ?

In IMM5669 are you guys simply typing the name or hand signing it ?
It says "I agree by typing my name, I am electronically signing my application"

This has been discussed/asked multiple times. It needs to be a HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE.
Type in the name electronically and handsign it.

Hello
I have heard electronically, how you do electrically man...........
Hello Tarandeep,
It must be a typo. Please be mindful and assertive of your fellow group members. We are a self-help group and not
a group which pulls each other down. Take it as a suggestion and not an offense. Plus, its an important forum for many of us and we should abstain from pulling jokes on others.

Agreed, I am just trying to draw a correlation based on information.

Thanks Andy and diegosolano.

This is for the family unit mismatch.
I hope by attaching the screen captures of tweets by IRCC they do not feel offended as if I am trying to find fault with them rather than reading the question properly in the first place?
Any comments?

It's not finding fault, you are doing that because it was an honest mistake from your part.

No, just fill out the dates.
Your father's death cert is not required, but you may send along as supporting doc to prove that he is indeed dead. Some PGP 2018 applicants are asked to submit death cert in the middle of processing, so might as well include it now to avoid delay. A copy will suffice.
