Minor Dependents and PR card

Hello,

Does anyone know - do minors who are dependents receive a PR card?
My wife received her card but there is nothing for the dependent child. I am wondering if this is normal or if there should be one, do they mail them separate?

Yes. PR cards often arrive separately. You can contact IRCC to inquire about it.
