:(There is a flooding in Ottawa, I am not sure if this going to affect everyone's passport
Flooding is impacting the low lying area adjoining the Ottawa River. Its not impacting whole of Ottawa as of now. Should not impact the passport work.

I sent only photos( they said send return envelope if not already sent and I had sent it with the original packet)
Did you get any update on your passport? Also in the mail asking for photo again did you see this line:
The issuance of your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR – IMM 5688) cannot be delayed. .......
So it is important for you to submit the requested documents
IMMEDIATELY.

Also to which address did you send your photos? Is it Corrections/Supporting Documentation..?

No update yet, I heard that there is a seperate line for all modifications, so no idea what to expect, when to expect.

Yes, I do have that line as you mentioned below. Are you in the same boat? when did you submit? if you did.

My new photos were delivered today itself. So it seems I should not expect anything before next week or even a week after that. Its really frustrating to get just the passports stamped after whole 7 months wait of PPR.

Hey I was asked to send the photos again to CPC Ottawa and I had that as well, under Final Notice section.
It is truly frustrated when it took them 1 month to tell me to send another photo again.

You are lucky that you are Jan AOR. I am Oct AOR and this never ending wait seems to be never gonna end. Hope that we will get our passports soon.

Hi everyone,

I hope some of you can help me out with the situation I am facing....I received my PPR letter on the 24/4 from the Immigration office in Mexico, got my photos etc ready and then sent everything (including my passport of course) to the VAC office in Paris, since I am currently studying in France. I thought things would move on smoothly and that my passport would be forwarded to the Immigration office in Paris, but no.....the VAC from Paris called me to ask me why had I send them these documents, that they are not responsible for handling my application, and that I should have send my documents directly to Ottawa (?). I tried explaining and the lady said she would ask her supervisor....and has disappeared ever since. They do not answer my phone calls nor my emails, and this was 2 days ago. My letter said I should submit everything within 15 days and I am at day 9 already so I am freaking out here....I contacted today the Immigration offices in both Mexico and Paris but no answer so far....worst part is they have my passport....would anyone have any advice? Is what the VAC did reasonable at all? thanks a lot in advance.

Hi everyone, need help! My passport processing office is supposed to be Sydney, Australia but I recently moved back to my home country in Vietnam. I tried to email them a week ago (to both Ottawa and Sydney office) but no reply, should I still make a booking with VFS in Vietnam or should I call someone to ask? In my email they asked me to submit to Sydney office. Anyone went through the same problem before?
Hello ssmn293, was just wondering how things turned out for you? I am in the same situation: received passport request letter from the Mexico visa office but had to submit to the Paris office since I am currently studying in France. Except that I got a call from the Paris VAC center (not the visa office, but VFS) saying that they cannot handle my file and that I should have send it directly to Ottawa...I personally think this is complete nonsense from their part, but am wondering how did you manage? I would greatly appreciate your advice as I am freaking out about this....my letter said the Visa Office should receive my passport by next wednesday...

Question for people who got COPR. I just got application approved and my profile shows travel documents for me and my spouse (Indian citizens) but my dependent child (US citizen) is missing. Is this okay? Are the travel documents shown visas or COPRs?
