Sir ,my agent told me that my visa is refused .. But I don’t get any mail from from Canadian embassy and when i m trying to track online it shows it in processing... i also gave my mobile number and mail address on my biometric and also get mail of my tracking ID number on mail ... but don’t get result confirmation on my mail ID

If your application was done online, who's email ID is on the CIC account?
The one you gave at the time of biometrics to VFS is for VFS to send you notifications. Refusal email would land in the inbox of the email that was given when the visa was applied.

If your agent applied online for you and he gave his email ID the refusal email would be in his inbox.

You can ask a copy of it, it's your visa application after all.

Tracking ID? You mean VFS tracking ID?
That's sometime not real time. But is there on CIC account is what is the actual update for your, you can check the GC key account your agent created for you.

No problem!
Once if you have the refusal reasons, you can work on those and reapply. Since meds and bio are done, you don't have to do it again for applying again so the processing time will be faster.

The email VFS takes is to send the status about where your file is (which itself isn't real time, LOL). The email that is put in Application form is what IRCC uses to send their communications out.
