My wife wanted to sponsored me but she is on social assistance, but my UNCLE in U.S. is a full time soldier is willing to sponsored us in canada is this possible before am able to get job please we need advice

No - not possible. Your wife must get off social assistance in order for sponsorship to be possible. She must also remain off social assistance while your application is being processed (so likely for at least 1 year).

Sponsor for a spouse cannot be receiving social assistance. She will also (in addition of not getting social assistance) need to show a plan on how to support both of you. (savings, family support IN CANADA, e.g. providing free housing and food until you can find a job...etc)
