Can you explain further about not eligible when you "took general interest or self-improvement courses," can someone explain what does it mean and give any situations, please? Thank you.

I do have an in class school for my PGWP. I just want to have a certificate for work.

As said above, online courses do not qualify for a PGWP. The program must be full time and attended in person / on campus.

I am currently enrolled in a school that is eligible for PGWP. I am just planning to get an online class for Early Childhood Education Assistant Certificate so I can work in a daycare for part-time.

Yes you should be able to take the course if it is under 6 months without a problem.
