Well after nearly 1 month, I received email saying they reject my photos for COPR, and I have 7 days to resend a new one. At least I heard something from them I guess.

That will work, but the method in my signature is a lot shorter, especially since you often have to call back over and over because the queue is full.
Hi..i called and got the automated information on the file status ... and hung up right before they give you an option to speak to the agent, are they going to tell me the same thing or do they provide other information as well

Does anyone here has an insight into a case like "Within 30 days, the profile went from Medical passed ONLY to PPR"
because I am 4th December 2018 AOR with Medical Passed on 17th January 2019 and NOT A SINGLE UPDATE EVER SINCE.
So disheartening.

It happened with my friend. He is a CEC inland, no work experience in home country, no history of travel, very simple profile. He got PPR in around 70 days :)

I'm in IP1 as well. A lot of different reasons, impossible to know why. VO is in Edmonton though for what it's worth.

After a wait of 40 minutes, I finally reached a very good agent. She told me the file is progressing and everything looks good. She acknowledged that we are delayed this year but 6 month window is our standard metric, and we should understand that there can be delays beyond that as well.

Below is the update:

AOR-09 Dec
VO-Ottawa
Medical-Passed
Eligibility-Recommended Passed (it means eligibility has been passed by an officer, but is not fully passed)
Criminality-Passed
Security-Not Started

How much time is security taking these days?

I do not understand why this delay in security, it seems that all applications wait for security which did not start.

Unfortunately, It doesn't happen to me. My case is as simple as you describe. CES Inland. Only have 1-year Canadian experience. Only travelled 1 time out of home country. 137 days passed and I still see no sight of PPR coming :(:(:( . Order GCMS note on Mar 23, only Criminal is in process, the rest have not started yet after 3 months from AOR.

I am so sorry to hear that, which office visa is processing your case?

Just received a call from an IRCC officer questioning about my job, company and duties at my current company
(a new start-up with no web presence)‍♂

The officer said everything was checked off (eligibility, criminality, Security - Passed).
My POF amount was less by $100, but he said he is fine with approving my application!

I was told I should be waiting for about 2-4weeks for the final email confirming my interview at the Vancouver office.
Any idea on how long it usually takes to get an interview email?

- My CIC account got updated with no changes (IP2)

@MarcioSilva @USProgrammer @derkdsou @legalfalcon
Excellent News! Happy for you! This interview replaces the PPR and you will have your CoPR right away! Congratzz and let us know about the final outcome! Time to celebrate!

Hi,
Quick question why did you show POF? Do you have full time job in Canada?
I made the same in my application, I am BCPNP applicant but I initially applied under FSW. As I do not have one year in the company that I am workin at, I thought it was prudent to include my POF.

After, I checked my GCMS notes I saw that was OK, in the notes the officer gives the R10 OK for both programs (FSW and PNP) so I think it is all good and do not harm the application.
