New or Same File Number

I was denied on my application for common law spouse and now after getting married I filed another application under spousal sponsorship. Would someone know if I am getting the same file number or do I get a new one

Are you a Canadian by birth? I think you are both Filipinos and one is dual? One of the partner is a naturalized Canadian? Could you tell us why you were denied?

I am just a naturalized Canadian, was married before in the Philippines but got seperated I was denied because my common law and I has no 1 year cohabitation before I filed my common law sponsorship
