You can sign yourself explaining situation or even don't need to sign on explanation letter. There is no rule around the format of explanation letter. Explanation letter is to make immigration officers better understating about the situation. Affidavit need to be signed by the the person whom it is referring to in front of Notary public or Commissioner of oaths..
Okay, but why affidavit is required?

Sure, one more questions. Will be appreciated if you or anyone else can answer...when filling out the expression of interest form I did not add any depends. I am wondering if i can send the application for a dependent aswell ? I do meet the income requirements for all the applicants including dependent.

Thanks
In the EOI they only asked to put the parent and grandparent name and date of birth. They didn't need us back then to provide information of dependents (spouse, partner or children). But on paper they have to be in the dependents section.

Hi guys

Can someone pls. advise.. my mother is coming to Canada on super visa. I got her letter of invitation for PR as well.
#1 Can I submit her application while she is here
#2 Can she submit her biometrics while she is here in Canada.
#3 I don't have my birth certificate from India which shows our relation. Can I instead submit my Passport which has her name.

Thanks
You can submit the application while your mother is here as long as you’re eligible and you have all the requirements.
You need a birth certificate that is very important.

Just an advice to all of us applicants. Do not rush to submit until you are 101% completely sure about the forms you have filled out. Also check out the following before printing and submitting your forms:
1. Make sure your forms shows VALIDATED .
2. Don't forget signatures of your parents (principal applicant) for forms IMM1344, IMM0008, IMM5669 AND IMM 5406.
3. Dates
THANKS FOR THE ADVICE.
But I am not sure the first point about form being validated is true. In my case, on form IMM5669 my father's father (i.e my garnd father) birth date is unknow. And the application guide 5775 indicates that "
If you do not know the complete date of birth or if the date is in

the 1800s, please use a “*” (star sign/asterisk) to fill in the spaces for

the unknown year, month or day. The missing information can be

added by hand however the form cannot be validated.
".
Hence, the form can not show validated in this case. But we should not worry as IRCC has mentioned it clearly as mentioned above.

For additional family information form, do we have to write names in native language?

Is it necessary?
Well, it is written on the form to do so. If your question is if ircc will accept it or not, then that no one here can confirm I guess.

But in the invitation letter it clealy says that this schedule A must be validated printed and handwritten signature. Perhaps an Only form that is specifically mentioned on invitation letter.

Seems like putting a date is mandatory!

Rest assured that the precise format is not that important. Respected Immigration officer is way more formal than is necessary but also wouldn't hurt. It just doesn't matter that much.

This is correct.
