today I have check with call Center about my file status.
Agent told me that they have send the mail on 1April 2019
But my representative has not received any mail.
Request all your guideline for further process

Talk to your representative. Somewhere between IRCC and your representative the PPR letter was lost.
 
Call centre can help with this
You said you already talked to the call centre and that they said the PPR was sent April 1. Ask your representative, the call centre isn't going to tell you anything new.

Is your representative an agent you've hired? Or is it a family member?

Yes it’s a lawyer
 
Then they need to tell you what to do. No one here can really help you. They can try to contact IRCC and ask for a PPR extension.
