they married and live together. reason i sponsor my mom in 2019 only because if i apply both my parents my income short a little.
You can't chose just 1 parent. You need to include both of them. Your father can be declared as not accompanying dependant of your mother (and not to come to Canada), but you'll be asked to provide proof that you meet income requirements for sponsoring both of them and he'll need to be medically examined. I'm sorry for bringing bad news.

I have just completed all my forms. Have filled Background Information and Additional Family Information forms seperately for mom and dad. All other forms are one each.
Hope this is correct.

Guys, for my parents, I have to submit the affidavit since they don't have marriage certificate. Do I have to submit the original of affidavit or only copy is enough? Please advice..

does it mean - total person is 4? (me, my daughter, my mom and my dad) even i just wanted to sponsor 1 person this year?
Even if you are not sponsoring your dad. You still need to meet the income requirement which includes both your parents.

One more question.. when submitting the copies of passport, do I have to submit ALL the pages of the passport or only pages which are not blank?

We do not need to include copy of 3 years NOAs, as long as we check Yes to consent CIC to collect my income from CRA?

IRCC does not need NOAs if you give them your consent to collect info directly from CRA. However if you want to send NOAs in addition to the consent, it won't hurt.

PGP form 5768 Q15, what you guys filled in Q15 Family size for each year? DO we need to include our parents in family size for each year ? Even though they were not financially dependent on us ? What you guys are filling there. ?

As per guide, income level LICO+30% need to be maintained for the entire duration of the file processing, if a person satisfy last 3 years gross income requirement but lose its income during the course of file progress. Then could we add Co-signer at the later stage ?

please help me.
I want to sponsor both my father and mother. Who is the principal applicant then?
They both have visitor visa- Should I include that UCI in my sponsorship forms?

hello, i am applying my mom only this year in 2019, i don't apply my dad this year. i have one child. what number do i enter in form imm008 question 3, How many family members, including you, are
in this application (see instructions guide)?
You are not eligible to sponsor your parents. If you mom and dad are not legally divorced and are still alive, you must count both of them in your application hence your total income must meet or exceed the required income.
If you are invited to sponsor your parents this year, I am disappointed to say that you just cost someone who is eligible, a chance to sponsor their parents because of your negligence.

You cannot add co-signer at later stage. So, to be on the safe side, have a co-signer at the beginning when you submit your application.

You select one of your parents (does not matter who) as primary applicant, and the other one as dependent.

Ok.thanks for replying. One more thing i noticed when i am filling sponsorship agreement form under sponsor details i select my marital status as legally separated it greys out the option to fill my current spouse details it takes me to previous spouse details where i am filling my husband details . This makes me feel that separation will also be treated somewhat like divorced while calculating family size. Though as per my lawyer there is n
A separation is a middle-step of getting divorced, but it is certainly not a complete divorced. So, legally, you are still married thus, you must count your husband into the application.
Now, if and only if you want to press your luck, you can exclude your husband and write a letter to explain in details of what happen. Only the officer who is in charge of your application will tell if he/she finds your explanation satisfied or not. And you are risking of your app being rejected and no fees refunded
