Hello All members,

I applied for my pr back in june 2017 and got refused coz they did not award me the foreign work experience points, however in my new application which I submitted was on 27 nov 2018 and got a request letter today April 30 2018 asking me for additional information before they make a final decision

They addressed that my primary noc administrative assistant, is not the skill level b should be skill level c invoicing clerk

Plus as I prepared the second application and time passed and my first job in 2015 few months got out of the 3 years period
As they say should be within the 3 years before you apply

Plus he said my foreign transcripts and degrees are later than the foreign work experience declared as the vo does not know that the results come few months before the official certificates back home from onwards i started working after i got my results as they come before the official certificates

I have spent 6 years in Canada with all this hard work working for 3 years and end up with all this

Any expert advice will be much appreciated

your story is a bit confusing for me, if your AOR is Nov 27th, 2018 then your 2015 experience will be counted as that is your lock in date when you actually got acknowledgement. how come they are saying that the educational documents are after your work experience? Submit the transcripts or proof which shows clearly that you were studying during that tenure. maybe fee slips? exam date sheets ? etc
